Please take note of our appointment and cancellation policies prior to booking your appointment.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES:
All online reservations require a credit card to book.
All appointment services that are one hour or more will require a deposit (amount varies with service type).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will receive a phone call, email and/or text from us informing you of your appointment details upon booking with us as well as an appointment reminder a few days prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Canceled appointments with 48 hour notice or longer – deposit will be used towards your next service.
Canceled appointments 24 hours prior or less – 50% of service will be charged.
Canceled appointments made 2 hours or less – FULL CHARGE of the service (discretionary).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will receive a phone call, email and/or text from us informing you of your no-show or cancellation resulting in a charge.
You will be charged a cancellation fee (if applicable)
