COVID PROCEDURES

 

DEAR VALUED CLIENT,

We hope this finds you and your family healthy and safe. One of the hardest parts of living through this pandemic has been not seeing you. We ask that you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with Salon Lueur’s  safety procedures and guidelines.

At Salon Lueur, we prioritize the safety of our staff and customers. Therefore, we have outdone ourselves in preparing our business for you.

WHAT IS SALON LUEUR DOING?

• SALON LUEUR was professionally cleaned and disinfected.
• Each stations, chair, and all towels will be cleaned and sanitized after each client.
• Every cape and towel will be washed and cleaned immediately after each client.
• Stylist stations will be spaced apart.
• Workstation divider screens will be set up between stations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

• You MUST wear a mask during services.  The salon will provide disposable masks if you are getting color services.
• Upon arrival, please call the salon to inform us you have arrived. We will instruct you when it is safe to enter the salon once your stylist has cleaned and sanitized their station.
• Temperatures will be taken upon your arrival to the salon.
• IMMEDIATELY wash your hands or hand sanitize your hands upon entry.
• Please bring your essentials only into the hair salon.
• Only the client receiving the service may enter.
• Please be mindful of social distancing when in the salon.
• Please reschedule if you feel sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick.
• Enjoy your service!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Salon Lueur is operating with <25% capacity.
• No magazines will be offered at this time
• No coffee or food will be served and is not permitted in the salon.
• Only small water bottles will be available for refreshments at this time.
• If there are any concerns you have, please be sure to let our receptionist know so that she can accommodate them.
• No product return during this time.
